The Launch Calendar
You've planned what to sell in Goals — the Launch Calendar plans how to promote it. It works with any goal: hype a show, sell a collection, or hit a revenue target by a date.
How it works
Pick a saved goal, set when you'll start promoting and when you launch, and tell it what you're working with: email subscribers, social followers, and a posting pace you can actually sustain. You get a dated, week-by-week plan in three phases:
- Warm-up — story and process content that builds interest without selling
- Anticipation — reveals, save-the-date, and early access for your email list
- Launch week — doors open, social proof, a gentle nudge, and last call
Every item has a date, a topic, and short guidance. The prompts are starting points — write them in your voice.
The reality check
The planner estimates how many sales your current audience can support (roughly 1.5% of an email list and 0.3% of followers buy during a typical launch). If your goal needs more than that, it says so — better to know six weeks out than on launch day.
Make it yours
Switch between list and calendar views. Click any item to open it and add your own notes — ideas, drafts, what you want to say — which save with your plan. Subscribers can export the whole calendar as a spreadsheet or sync every post and email to Google or Apple Calendar.
