Linking prints to your originals

When you price prints of a piece you've already priced as an original, link them together. Pick the saved artwork at the top of the Print Pricing Calculator and its title, photo, and price stay on screen while you work.

Print prices make the most sense in relationship to the original. A common guideline: prints land around 5–15% of the original's price — smaller prints toward the low end, larger prints toward the high end. When linked, the calculator shows that range for your specific original as context.

This is reference only. The Art Price Lab never tells you what to charge for a print — you know your collectors and your market. The range is there so your number is a decision, not a guess.

The proportion dots

When an original is linked, some print sizes show a small dot. Those sizes match your original's proportions — meaning the image prints edge-to-edge without cropping. Sizes without the dot will need cropping or borders.

It flows into your goals

Saved print calculations can be pulled into the Revenue Goals planner, so print sales count toward your targets alongside originals. Price once, plan everywhere.
