How to Fix Missing Data Issues
If the calculator is not loading wage data or location information is missing, try these steps in order.
Refresh the page. Location data and wage suggestions load on session start. A refresh usually brings them in.
Check your connection. The app needs an internet connection to load location-based data. If you are on a spotty connection, that is usually the cause.
Re-select your location in Settings. Go to Settings and manually select your state or country again. This forces a fresh lookup.
Sign out and sign back in. If refreshing and re-selecting location did not resolve it, sign out from Settings and sign back in. This resets the session.
