Pricing Status Indicators: Ready, In Progress, Almost There

Each pricing method on your results screen shows a status that tells you how complete the calculation is.

Ready means all required inputs are in and the price is final for that method. You can save the calculation or mark this method as your recommended price.

In progress means some data is entered but not enough for a complete calculation. For square inch and linear inch, this usually means dimensions are missing. For time plus materials, it means time or hourly rate has not been entered yet.

Almost there means you are one or two fields away from a complete result.

A method that shows In progress or Almost there still displays a partial estimate. That number will shift once you complete the remaining fields, so do not lock in a price based on it.

You can only save a calculation or set a recommended price when at least one method shows Ready.
