Why Time + Materials Isn't Showing

Time plus materials requires more inputs than the other two methods. If it is showing In progress or not calculating, check these:

Time entered: Has the time field been filled in? Hours are required for this method to calculate.

Hourly rate: Do you have a rate set in your profile, or entered manually in the calculator? Time plus materials needs both time and an hourly rate to produce a result.

Materials cost is optional. If you do not have a specific materials number, you can leave it blank and the method will calculate without it.

Once time and hourly rate are both in, the status will move to Almost there or Ready. If it stays on In progress after both are entered, check that the values are not zero.
