How to Upgrade or Downgrade

To change your plan, go to Settings, then Account & Subscription. Click "Manage" to open the billing portal.

From the portal you can:

• Switch from monthly to annual (or annual to monthly)
• Update your payment method
• Cancel

Switching to annual takes effect immediately. You are billed $140 and your billing period resets to annual from that date.

Switching to monthly takes effect at the start of your next billing period. If you are on an annual plan and switch to monthly, you keep annual access through your renewal date, then move to monthly.

Upgrading payment method: If your card was declined, update it from the billing portal. Your access continues while the card is updated.
